On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room and kitchen as well as the toilet. Stairs are leading to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor there are also two bedrooms and a bathroom.  Villa is ideal for families since it consists of two bedrooms with double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds.  It offers a unique experience.

In front of the villa there is a courtyard and living waterfront area from where it is possible to enjoy amazing views, sunbathe or just admire this charming area.

Behind the villa there is another courtyard with barbecue, dining area and plunge pool. Villa also has an off-street parking with remote sliding gate. In front of the villa there is a wharf and mooring for boat (upon request). It has been newly renovated and has 5 star finishing.
